We may collect organizer account details, event details, uploaded photos, device scanner identifiers, upload timestamps, gallery activity needed to operate the service, and support messages sent to MinaNawe.

2. How we use information

We use information to create events, manage scanner limits, upload photos, show shared galleries, approve events, provide support, prevent abuse, and operate MinaNawe safely.

3. Shared event galleries

Photos uploaded to an event are stored in that event gallery. Organizers can share gallery links or QR codes with guests, and people with access may view or download photos.

4. Storage and retention

Storage duration depends on the organizer's event package unless MinaNawe approves a different arrangement. Photos may be removed after the storage period, if an event is closed, or if content violates these terms.

5. Service providers

MinaNawe uses hosting, cloud storage, and communication providers to run the service. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.

6. Your choices

Guests can leave an event from the app. Organizers can request support, manage scanner devices, and request help with galleries or content concerns.
