MinaNawe Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how MinaNawe event photo collection works for organizers, guests, and scanners.
1. What MinaNawe does
MinaNawe lets event organizers create an event QR code so guests or selected scanners can capture photos and upload them to one shared event gallery.
2. Organizer responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for telling attendees that event photos may be uploaded to a shared gallery, choosing where to display QR codes, managing who receives gallery access, and ensuring the event complies with applicable laws and venue rules.
3. Guest and scanner responsibilities
Guests and scanners must only upload photos they are allowed to share. Do not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, private, non-consensual, or offensive content.
4. Photo sharing and access
Photos uploaded to an event gallery may be viewed, downloaded, or shared by the organizer and anyone who receives the gallery link or QR code. Guests should treat event galleries as shared spaces, not private storage.
5. Package limits
Each event package has limits such as active scanner slots, photo limits, storage duration, and a 48-hour capture window. Extra limits, longer storage, or custom arrangements may require approval and additional payment.
6. Content removal and suspension
MinaNawe may remove content, disable uploads, suspend accounts, block devices, or close events when needed to protect people, comply with law, handle abuse, or protect the service.
7. Service availability
MinaNawe depends on internet access, device cameras, cloud services, and third-party hosting. We work to keep the service available, but interruptions can happen.
8. Risk acceptance
By using MinaNawe, organizers and guests understand that shared galleries involve real people and real memories. They accept responsibility for the photos they upload, share, approve, or distribute.
9. Contact
For payment, approvals, support, or content concerns, WhatsApp MinaNawe on +267 71 529 240.
